Refund policy

All eligible Byyolanda purchases can be sent back for an exchange, store credit, or a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. After this time, all sales are final. Where stock is not available for an exchange, a store credit will be automatically issued. 

What can be returned?

For a change of mind exchanges & returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, Byyolanda only accepts exchange that items are in their new, original condition i.e. has not been worn, damaged & are returned with the original packaging. 
Customers are generally responsible for returning shipping fees. 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
